1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern Pixel Force on Web/PC, Android, iOS and macOS and its connected services, provided by HiFORCE INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED. The seller/issuer for a particular payment is identified at checkout and in its document. Use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms; otherwise do not use it.
You must be at least 13 or the higher local minimum age, and have guardian authorization where required. Business users must have authority for their organization. Keep account details accurate and protect your sign-in/session. Report unauthorized activity to support@hiforce.ai.
2. Available image services
Enabled tools include text-to-image, garment try-on, clothing-preserving model editing, Model Recast, background redraw/cutout and solid-color product photos, Object Eraser, Smart Recolor, AI Retouch, AI Upscale, outpainting, relighting, ID photos, cartoon portraits, portrait retouching, AI Portrait Studio and the local image editor. Library, export and continued editing support these workflows.
Use only the controls and modes shown for the selected scene. Normal/High and Standard/HD are distinct settings; routing and availability are server-configured. Local inference is not necessarily on-device processing. Disabled, planned or Demo features are not promised live capabilities. Service times, output size and availability can vary.
3. Your content and the license we need
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant us and necessary processors a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, analyze, edit and display it to perform your requests, maintain the service, resolve support/safety issues and meet legal obligations. This is not permission to publicly advertise with your private photos or train our own general-purpose models without separate permission.
You must have the rights and lawful permissions needed for photos, identifiable people, children, products, marks, designs and references you submit. To the extent legally possible, we transfer to you any rights we have in results generated for you, subject to third-party rights. This does not promise copyright protection, exclusivity, trademark clearance or rights in other people's likenesses or sample assets.
4. Portraits, identity and sample images
AI Portrait Studio uses your identity reference and selected package samples to create the selected shots. Face detection/cropping, appearance descriptions and face replacement may be used as explained in the Privacy Policy. The hairstyle option controls the requested hair preservation; results are not a guarantee of exact identity or pose.
A session currently permits 1–5 selected photos, subject to the published form. Package samples guide composition, clothing, pose and lighting; they are not proof that your output will be identical. Only selected shots are requested. Review per-photo pricing and any partial-success settlement. You may not use portraits or face tools for deceptive impersonation or without the necessary authorization. Guardian requirements apply to children's photos.
5. AI limitations and your review
AI may alter identity, colors, text, garment details, framing or lighting, produce artifacts, or return non-unique or unwanted results. We aim for product fidelity but do not guarantee exact preservation or universal quality. Inspect results before publishing, selling, advertising or relying on them.
ID-photo sizing/rendering is an editing aid, not a government-issued identity document or a guarantee of application acceptance. Upscaling/HD cannot recover every missing detail. Object Eraser is for removal and continuation of existing surroundings, not adding or replacing a new object. Outputs are not professional or factual advice. Apply legally required AI-content labeling when distributing results.
6. Prohibited use and moderation
Do not violate laws or others' rights, create child sexual abuse material or sexualized depictions of minors, make non-consensual intimate content, impersonate deceptively, harass, defraud, infringe copyright/privacy, or use the service for unlawful biometric identification or surveillance. Do not bypass security, moderation or billing, upload malware, extract protected systems, or resell access without permission, except for rights that law does not allow us to restrict.
We and processing providers may reject or review inputs/outputs and restrict abusive activity. Lawful underwear or revealing garments can be wrongly flagged. A provider rejection is not a finding that you broke the law. Contact support for review; moderation rejection does not necessarily mean no processing cost was incurred.
7. Points and generation charges
Points are service credits, not money, a deposit, an investment or a promise of one Point per image. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where law requires. Current top-ups are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions. Any expiry or different purchase conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
Generation pricing is the server quote shown for your scene, intensity, quality and selected outputs. Input processing and output generation may be charged separately. A failed or moderated result can still consume the disclosed input-processing portion; unused reservations or output charges are handled according to the job's actual settlement. Partial portrait sets can have per-photo outcomes. Check the final ledger, not a progress label alone, and report inconsistencies.
8. Checkout, platforms and prices
Only enabled channels shown at checkout are available: Stripe, PayPal and Alipay for Web/H5; App Store in-app purchases for supported Apple apps; Google Play Billing for Android. App Store purchases are not the same as an Apple Pay web-card checkout. Native billing availability requires store configuration and is not guaranteed merely because an app is installed.
The checkout displays the applicable package, currency and final total. Overseas Stripe/PayPal offers may use a fixed total price rather than a later tax surcharge; your bank/provider may apply its own conversion or fees. Published prices can change prospectively but do not rewrite an already-paid order. Credits are issued only after server verification; redirects or screenshots alone do not establish payment.
9. Cancellation, refunds and chargebacks
Use Cancel payment where available for an unpaid order. A payment already approved or completed may require a refund process instead; cancellation cannot undo a charge confirmed later. Store payment dialogs and pending store transactions follow the store's own process. Contact support if the displayed state does not match your payment.
Request App Store/Google Play refunds through the applicable platform; other channels through the provided refund/support process. Applicable consumer rights, store rules and mandatory withdrawal/refund rights are not excluded by these Terms. Processing already delivered may not be refundable where law permits, but do not assume that every failure or moderation rejection is automatically non-refundable.
Refunds, reversals and chargebacks may remove the corresponding credited Points, restrict further use pending review or leave an amount to reconcile if credits were already consumed, only as permitted by law and the applicable purchase terms. We preserve transaction history for verification; duplicate crediting or refunding is not permitted.
10. Receipts, invoices and purchase confirmations
Documents are issued per payment order; we do not combine unrelated purchases into one invoice. Eligible Alipay Web purchases may support a Chinese electronic invoice from the seller shown on that document. You supply and verify the invoice title and tax details. Issuance may need review, and corrections/refunds may require tax-compliant cancellation or red-document processing.
Eligible Stripe/PayPal payments may receive a paid commercial invoice from the disclosed Hong Kong entity; this is not a pre-payment pro forma invoice or proof of foreign VAT registration. Store purchases may receive a Pixel purchase confirmation, which does not replace the store's original receipt/tax invoice or change its seller of record. Availability depends on the enabled document policy. Private PDFs may be downloaded or emailed through the supported order controls; incorrect information may delay delivery.
11. Privacy, local editing and downloads
The Privacy Policy is part of the service information and explains face processing, providers, caching, international processing and deletion requests. Local editing is distinct from uploading a file to an AI workflow. Some source/result links may be accessible to anyone holding them and may not expire; keep links and copies secure.
Save important results yourself. History, previews, provider links and cloud storage are not a permanent archive guarantee. Account deletion does not necessarily erase legally required transaction/tax records or copies you or others exported. Use the linked deletion instructions for associated-data requests.
12. Service access and intellectual property
Our software, branding, interface and licensed templates remain ours or our licensors'. You receive a limited right to use the enabled service under these Terms, not ownership of its systems or catalog samples. Third-party services may apply their own terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, safety/security risk, non-payment or legal requirements. Where appropriate we provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue; urgent action may be immediate. Closure does not remove accrued obligations, statutory refund rights or necessary record-retention duties.
13. Warranties and liability
To the extent law permits, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, perfect outputs, uniqueness or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not exclude mandatory consumer guarantees or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, opportunities or data. Our aggregate liability for service-related claims is limited to the greater of what you paid us for Pixel Force in the preceding 12 months or USD 100. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.
14. Changes, governing law and contact
Hong Kong law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections where you live. Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction without removing a consumer's mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. Contact support@hiforce.ai to seek a practical resolution; this is not a condition that removes legal remedies.
We may revise Terms prospectively with an updated date and additional notice where required. A new notice does not retroactively change completed-order pricing or remove statutory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where lawful. No failure to enforce is a waiver. Contact: HiFORCE INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, at the email and Hong Kong address below.
English is the default version. Translations are provided for convenience. If they differ, English prevails only to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory local protections remain unaffected.
