1. Who we are and what this covers

Pixel Force is an AI image creation and editing service for Web/PC, Android, iOS and macOS, operated by HiFORCE INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED. This Policy covers our apps, website and connected service systems. The merchant and invoice issuer for a purchase are identified in its checkout and billing documents; they may differ by channel or region.

It covers the features actually made available to you, including product-image tools, AI Retouch, portraits, the local image editor, Library and Points purchases. A roadmap, disabled option or Demo is not a live service. You can reach us at support@hiforce.ai or the Hong Kong address below.

2. Information we process

Account data includes email, name, profile image, account/tenant identifiers, sign-in provider and authentication/session records. HiFORCE IDaaS verifies Google or Apple sign-in or email codes; we do not receive your Google or Apple password.

Content includes chosen photographs, products/garments, identity and model references, backgrounds, masks, prompts, style and color settings, editing instructions, selected portrait packages/shots and generated results. We process file dimensions, formats, hashes, upload and job timestamps, selected intensity/quality and task status. Images may contain personal or sensitive information.

Commerce data includes Points balances and ledger entries, orders, amount/currency, platform and payment channel, provider transaction references, payment verification, refunds and disputes. If you request a document, we process the invoice title, name/company, tax identifier, address and email you provide. Payment providers handle card credentials; we do not collect your full card number or security code.

Service data includes IP address, device/browser/OS/app version, language, request identifiers, errors and security/moderation signals. Support messages and attachments are processed when you contact us. We do not need your entire photo library, precise location or contact list for ordinary image editing.

3. Why we use information

We use it to authenticate and secure accounts; prepare uploads; run image generation/editing and checks; display progress and results; support Library, downloads and continued editing; manage purchases, Points settlement, refunds, billing documents and service emails; and investigate failures, fraud and abuse.

Where applicable, the legal basis is performance of the service contract, legal/accounting obligations, consent for processing that requires consent, or legitimate interests in security and reliable operation subject to your rights. Choosing a feature does not replace separate consent required by law. You may decline optional processing, but a feature that needs it may not work.

We do not sell personal information, use your private photographs in public promotions without permission, or use them to train our own general-purpose AI models without separate affirmative permission. Service messages are distinct from marketing; any marketing must follow applicable consent/opt-out requirements.

4. Face and portrait processing

AI Portrait Studio and Model Recast with a supplied identity photo may send the photo to Alibaba Cloud face detection in Shanghai, locate the face, create a face-and-hair crop and normalized reference, and use OpenAI or xAI/Grok vision to describe visible facial, hair and skin-tone features. A workflow may also compute facial landmarks or numeric facial features and pre-replace a sample face before AI editing. These processes serve the portrait/face-edit request, not account authentication or a cross-user person-search service.

Derived crops, descriptions, detection results and image hashes may be stored in workflow diagnostics and reusable caches associated with your account/tenant, image and processing version. Caches are organized by calendar month; a new month may trigger fresh analysis. Monthly folders do not mean automatic deletion at month-end. Request deletion of both images and derived portrait records if you want these removed.

Only upload people whose images you are entitled to use, with consent or guardian authorization where required. Facial data can be sensitive under local law. Avoid this feature if you do not want the necessary face processing; contact us for rights requests or processing details.

5. Providers and disclosures

Cloud jobs go through Pixel Force Server V2. Depending on the enabled route, necessary inputs and settings are processed by OpenAI, xAI/Grok, Alibaba Cloud specialist services or our local inference workers. The local inference route is still server processing; it is not on-device-only editing. Alibaba Cloud also provides object storage/CDN. HiFORCE IDaaS supports identity and Points transactions.

Payments may use Stripe, PayPal or Alipay on Web/H5, Apple App Store in-app purchases on iOS/macOS, or Google Play Billing on Android, only when the channel is enabled. Those providers, invoice services and authorized staff receive necessary transaction/document information for verification, accounting, refunds, delivery and review. Staff access to content/diagnostics is limited to service, support, safety and troubleshooting needs.

Providers have their own business/API terms, security and retention rules. API processing must not be confused with consumer chatbot settings. We do not promise that a provider retains nothing or deletes everything immediately. We may also disclose information as legally required, to protect rights/safety, or in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

6. Storage, links and international processing

Accounts, jobs, source/results and billing data are stored in our service systems and cloud infrastructure. Depending on the route, processing can occur in Hong Kong, mainland China, Europe, the United States or other provider locations. Mainland-China face detection is possible even if your interface is not Chinese. Required transfer safeguards and any separate notices/consents depend on applicable law.

For Simplified/Traditional Chinese, static catalogs and application resources may load from our mainland-China storage/CDN. This language choice does not by itself move all customer uploads or generated images to China.

Some source/result image URLs are accessible to anyone who has the link and may not expire automatically. Do not treat an image URL as a password-protected private vault or share it casually. Billing PDFs use separate private object storage and authenticated delivery; Chinese Alipay invoice archives are stored in mainland China. Downloaded, shared or exported copies are outside our direct control.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account, job and asset records as needed to provide history, results and support, and retain caches/diagnostics as needed for reuse, reliability and investigation. Temporary files and provider links may be removed sooner. There is no blanket promise that all images or face caches disappear immediately after generation, after a month, or after a fixed period not stated in the product.

Use available delete controls or the Account and Data Deletion instructions below, or email support@hiforce.ai. We verify ownership and process requests within applicable legal deadlines. Deleting a Library entry or local draft is not necessarily deletion of every server file, provider copy or derived cache; ask for associated-data deletion when that is your intention.

Payment, invoice, tax, refund, fraud, security and legal-dispute records may need to be retained after account deletion, with access restricted. Backups and provider-controlled copies may follow their own deletion cycles and legal obligations. Deletion does not cancel an external payment agreement or automatically refund Points.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal where provided by law. Contact support@hiforce.ai and identify the relevant account and request without sending passwords or full payment details. We may need proportionate identity verification.

Hong Kong residents may exercise access/correction rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. EEA/UK residents may ask about lawful bases and transfers and complain to a supervisory authority. US state rights apply where the relevant law covers the service. Mainland-China residents may ask about sensitive-information processing, entrusted processing and overseas recipients, and exercise applicable withdrawal/deletion rights. We will not retaliate for exercising a protected right.

9. Local editing, cookies and device access

The local image editor performs ordinary crop, rotation, adjustments, drawing and similar edits on your device/browser; opening a local file there is not itself an AI submission. Opening a saved result may download it from our servers. Sending an edited image to an AI scene, saving to a cloud feature or submitting a job involves upload and this Policy's cloud processing.

We use essential cookies/session mechanisms and local storage for sign-in, language/theme preferences, drafts and pending purchase recovery. Native apps use platform-protected session storage. We do not use third-party advertising tracking in these workflows. Browser/app storage and your own downloads may remain on your device until cleared.

Camera, selected photos/files, export/share and network access are used when you invoke the relevant feature, subject to platform permissions. You may revoke permissions in device settings. Selecting a photograph does not authorize browsing or uploading the rest of your library.

10. Children and photographs of minors

The service is not directed to children under 13 or a higher local minimum age. A legally authorized parent/guardian must act where required. Child-themed portrait packages do not waive this rule or permit a child to create an account independently.

An adult submitting a child's photograph must have the required authority and guardian consent; mainland-China rules for personal information of children under 14 require particular care and guardian consent. Contact us if unauthorized child data has been uploaded so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Security and automated checks

We use encrypted transport, account/tenant checks, restricted administrative access and private billing-document storage. No system or image link is completely secure. Keep your account and exported links safe and report suspected exposure promptly.

Automated moderation, face detection, job routing and quality checks may fail or misclassify lawful content. They are used for service operation, not legal, employment, credit or other similarly significant decisions about you. Contact support to ask for review. A privacy notice is not a guarantee that every image is accurate, safe or compliant.

12. Contact and policy changes
