Frequently asked questions
Is High the same as HD?
No. High uses more AI resources to produce finer detail and better results; HD controls output clarity. They are separate choices. New tasks default to High when available. Some tools do not show a reasoning-intensity selector. See controls and check the current points quote.
Does changing the app language change my prompt?
No. It changes interface labels. Review the text you supplied or imported. The help site's language selection is also separate from the app preference.
Why do collection samples look smaller than downloaded portraits?
Samples illustrate a collection and may have lower resolution. Inspect the generated original for final detail; enlarging a sample cannot add genuine source detail.
Can I generate every portrait sample at once?
The current selector lets you choose one to five shots. You choose the shots explicitly. Completed photos remain available if a session has partial failures.
Does Image Editor spend points?
Local editor adjustments do not submit an AI job. AI Retouch, erasing, outpainting and other AI tools are separate generation tasks with quotes.
How long does Library show my cloud work?
Cloud-history queries cover the past 30 days. Native downloaded originals may remain on a device, but export important files yourself. Deleting a work removes it across the account after connected devices refresh; exported external copies are not erased.
Why does the Web preview show a mark but the download does not?
Simplified Chinese Web generated previews use a display-only AI mark. Original downloads are unmarked. Explore thumbnails do not use that mark.
Will importing a QR share charge me immediately?
No. Import fills settings for review. Only a new submitted generation uses your own account and quote. Text to image and Background redraw currently support settings sharing.
I paid, but the next payment button is disabled. Should I pay again?
No. Check the original order and use Check Status. Verification, points credit and store completion must reconcile. See payments.
Is every failed image free?
No. If confirmed processing costs were incurred, input points may be charged even without a delivered image; output points are released. If no provider charge or output occurred, the reservation is released after confirmation. See points.
Are AI product photos guaranteed to be accurate?
No. Compare the actual product's color, text, patterns, geometry and construction before publishing. Preservation workflows prioritize fidelity, but every commercial result still needs your review.
