How points work
Points pay for AI processing in PixelForce. Account shows your balance and an activity entry for reviewing changes. The current creation form supplies the quote for a task; do not infer its price from an old screenshot or a different scene.
What changes a quote?
The scene, reasoning intensity, output clarity and image count can affect the total. Higher reasoning intensity uses more AI resources to produce finer detail and better results; check the displayed points quote. Most supported multi-image scenes charge input once per task plus output points for each image. AI Portrait Studio counts input and output separately for each selected shot.
Review the quote again after changing settings. If pricing changes before acceptance, the app asks you to review the new amount. An already accepted task retains its accepted price rather than silently adopting a later configuration.
Reserved is not the same as finally charged
Points can be reserved when a task is accepted and settled after processing. While cost confirmation is pending, a reserved balance is not a final statement that points have been lost or returned.
If the AI provider incurred no charge and no output was produced, the reservation is released after that fact is confirmed. If processing incurred a cost but no image is delivered, configured input points may be charged while output points are released. A failed image therefore does not always mean an entirely free attempt.
If cost evidence is still unresolved, settlement can remain pending. Check the original task's activity rather than creating another generation to force a balance refresh.
Portrait sessions
Each selected portrait shot settles according to its own outcome. Completed photos remain available even when another shot fails. Review the session's final activity; do not assume a partial session is charged as an entirely successful set or an entirely free set.
Buying points
Use Top up from Account. Points bought for one account do not automatically appear in another login identity. Refresh the balance and check the tenant code when troubleshooting. Local Image Editor adjustments do not submit AI generations and do not spend these points.
